Multiple type of hardwood installation

This customer wanted a unique look with different type of hardwood in the flooring. He called multiple other companies before he reached out to us. This project is complicated due to the PNW humidity changes. In the end we determined what was possible and the outcome was superb.

Refinishing old Hardwood floors and Pet Stains

Bringing old hardwood floors back to life. This hardwood needed a facelift. Dust, dirt and pet hair kept getting stuck in the floor and it never felt clean. There were visible scratches on the floor and was not taken care of. Temperature changes and humidity can cause the floor to expand and contract. We were able to sand off the old finish, fill the gaps/scratches and give it a second life.
The last 2 images show the worst pet stains I have ever seen. The end results was a significant change.

Repair and staining Hardwood flooring

Hardwood has the ability to transform itself. When most people look at a room, they see the walls and say what color will go with the room. Have you thought about your floors and the impact they can make to the room? This is a project one client had in mind. Repair the floor and re-stain it. You can see as we fill the scratches (left photo) and sand over it the quality of the hardwood changes. Scratches that you saw before disappear. We use the finest in Germany machinery to sand and finish your floors. Choosing a stain is important also. All wood absorbs stain differently and there will be variation from house to house. We can show you what it will look like before your whole floors get stained.

Custom items and unique ideas are common for us. one client opted for a clean hardwood install but wanted more modern vents. This Black vent idea was a great match for his vision. It was a detail they saw in a magazine and wanted to adapt to their home.

This gallery features a refinish and re-stain of hardwood flooring as well as a tie in repair. The refinish turned out amazing. New Stain always make the house feels new and opens up lots of options.

Hardwood floors can get damaged with moisture. When that happens we go in and test to see what can stay and what is damaged and needs to be replaced. This floor was sanded afterwards and refinished to the clients preference, saving them lots in the process.
